Dear MBRA members,

The MBRA board is participating in the Shop and Save fundraiser this year. After careful consideration the board decided to select this fundraiser because there is an unlimited time frame as to how long we run the fundraiser and its simply a way for us to generate money for the association while we make purchases throughout the year as this fundraiser has a substantial list of gift cards that we can purchase and recieve a percentage profit on each card sold.

It is optional for members to participate in this fundraising event. If you don't want to sell the gift cards but would like to purchase a gift card please feel free to contact one of the directors, the MBRA office or myself and we would be happy to assist you in ordering a gift card.

If you choose to participate in this fundraising event use the order form and the list of gift cards found on the website. You should use the order form to keep track of your orders and orders can be submitted to any board member or directly to the office. Please note payment must be received before the order will be processed. To start orders will be placed monthly and if necessary we will change this.

Here are the order dates for the first three months:

January 15th- order will be shipped from the company on January 26th

February 1st- order will be shipped from the company on February 9th

March 1st- order will be shipped from the company on March 9th

In short terms we are fully insured. Our insurance broker recommends that you inform your insurance provider that you hold jackpots. The non- member fee gives coverage to that individual at that given jackpot. It is important that the non member fee is collected, if not the policy will not respond to the lawsuit brought against the non members or the MBRA. This is why it is important that all competitiors at sanctioned jackpots must be members of the MBRA. So in short terms: If you have a non member competing, your jackpot will not be insured. Membership cards have been given to all members, they need to be shown when entering, if they dont have their card, they will have to pay the non member fee.

Attention Members: With the 2012 membership, you will be receiving a membership card, the card will be used at sanctioned jackpots to show the host you are a member.
